Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Summit Meadow Manufacturing and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
