Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Cleveland, OH)

Cedar Keystone Foods is a Cleveland food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep stock linked to customer specifications at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
