Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Cleveland, OH)

Nova Iron Early Learning is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
