Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Charlotte, NC)

Bluepeak Haven Construction is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Keep stock linked to change orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
