Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Buffalo, NY)

Westbrook Linden Facilities looks after properties across the Buffalo region. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
