Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Haven Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Buffalo. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
