Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Boston, MA)

Foxglove Wilder Auto Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
