Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Boise, ID)

Highbridge River Press is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to press runs at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support press runs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
