Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Boise, ID)

Westbrook Vista Markets serves neighbourhoods around Boise with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
