Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Boise, ID)

Summit Vale Manufacturing is a Boise manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people based in Boise. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
