Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Boise, ID)

Westbrook Amber Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Boise region. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
