Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Boise, ID)

Lumen Ember Pharma develops and makes medicines in Boise. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
