Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Quarry Farms Partners is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Boise. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
