Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Yarrow Foods Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Boise. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to sanitation schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
