Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Baltimore, MD)

Amberfield Junction Early Learning runs childcare centres in Baltimore caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. • Experience with an ERP system.
