Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Baltimore, MD)

Greenridge Oak Health runs clinics and patient services around Baltimore, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to insurance authorisations at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support insurance authorisations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
