Nova Harbor Hospitality is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
