Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Austin, TX)

Nova Rook Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Austin with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Austin. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to store inventory at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support store inventory. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
