Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Albuquerque, NM)

Highbridge West Freight is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to claims at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
