Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Albuquerque, NM)

Silverline Juniper Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Albuquerque, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
