Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Tulsa, OK)

Cedar Yarrow Facilities Group looks after properties across the Tulsa region. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer sites at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer sites. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
