Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Tucson, AZ)

Foxglove Forge Farms is an agricultural business based around Tucson, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
