Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight Cobalt Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Tucson, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
