Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Summit Linden Health Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 279 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
