Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lakeside Farms and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
