Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Tucson, AZ)

Amberfield Maple Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Tucson producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
