Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Tucson, AZ)

Cedar Manufacturing is a Tucson manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
