Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (St. Louis, MO)

Clearpath Pike Construction is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. • Experience with an ERP system.
