Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Seattle, WA)

Redstone Cross Health Group is a healthcare provider in Seattle with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
