Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Seattle, WA)

Bluepeak Timber Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Seattle, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
