Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Seattle, WA)

Silverline Summit Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
