Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Savannah, GA)

Rivermark Glen Hospitality is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
