Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Savannah, GA)

Clearpath Drift Foods Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to ingredient orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support ingredient orders.
