Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (San Jose, CA)

Nova Mill Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around San Jose, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to claims at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
