Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Pine Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in San Antonio. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
