Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Ashton Hospitality and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 976 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
