Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bluepeak Willow Early Learning Partners is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to licensing records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
