Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Salt Lake City, UT)

Northwind Thistle Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to licensing records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
