Rivermark Rook Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 924 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
