Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Summit Loom Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Boise plant, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
