Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Silverline Fox Auto Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 899 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
