Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Rivermark West Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Las Vegas, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to loads and lanes at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support loads and lanes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
