Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Bright Fern Freight Group is a Grand Rapids logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
