Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Harborlight Drift Health Partners runs clinics and patient services around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
