Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Fernwood Ridge Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to change orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support change orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
