Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Greenridge Willow Auto Group is a Cleveland company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 173 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
