Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Harborlight Beacon Markets is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
