Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Westbrook River Manufacturing makes precision components in Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
