Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Northwind Granite Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Memphis plant, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
