Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Westbrook Hollow Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Fort Worth region, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 840 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
